With a few decades of experience in carburetor manufacturing, Ruiwei takes pride in providing large amount of carburetors and carburetor kits to the aftermarket at a good price but without sacrificing any quality. Our carburetors are assembled to OEM-quality standards and have passed strictly testing.

Process

We are able to complete all the process from raw materials to finished product independently. We have several CNC machining centers to finish the precision surface processing of the product.

Our factory is equipped with carburetor processing lines to ensure our lead time and high production capacity of the products.

Assembly line

In assembly workshop and packaging workshop, we have four assembly lines with pneumatic compression devices. These assembly lines are operated by our skilled workers that ensure our capacity is up to more than 5000 pieces per day.

Our products are preliminary tested in assembly process. Only the qualified products will go to another series of testing.

Test

To ensure our product quality, we have established an independent test center equipped with various test equipment including fuel injection pump test bench, throttle body leak test bench, leak detector, etc.

Each batch of our products will be strictly tested before delivery to ensure its 100% quality rate.
